Manage Templates

Overview
Templates let you save layouts and reuse them across projects. They are managed from the Library section of the Portfolio sidebar:
- Unit Templates – Individual unit layouts.
- Building Templates – Full building layouts.
Browsing Templates
Both template pages work the same way:
- Filter – Narrow down the templates shown.
- Select – Select multiple templates at once.
- Search Templates – Find a template by name.
- Sort – Order templates using the dropdown (e.g. Alphabetical).
- Paginated / View all – Switch between page-by-page browsing and showing every template at once.
Unit Templates
From the Portfolio sidebar, click Unit Templates under Library.
Each template card shows:
- Template name
- Number of bedrooms
- Unit area in m² and ft²
- A preview of the unit layout
To create a new unit template, click New Template at the top right.
Unit Template Actions
Click the three-dot icon (
⋯) on any template card to see the available actions:- Edit Template – Open the template to edit its layout.
- Edit Template Details – Update the template's name and details.
- Duplicate Template – Make a copy of the template.
- Add to Project – Use the template in a project.
- Delete – Remove the template from your library.
Building Templates
From the Portfolio sidebar, click Building Templates under Library. This opens the Building Layout Templates page.
Each template card shows the template name, a short description and a preview of the layout where available.
Building Template Actions
Click the three-dot icon (
⋯) on any template card to see the available actions:- Edit Template Details – Update the template's name and details.
- Duplicate Template – Make a copy of the template.
- Add to Project – Use the template in a project.
- Delete – Remove the template from your library
