Sample Projects
The Podium platform now offers a growing number of project-related features. To facilitate exploration of these features and the platform’s capabilities, we have introduced sample projects. These sample projects serve as examples that showcase the platform’s capabilities and inspire users to bring their ideas to life.
Sample projects are curated by the Podium team and are accessible to all platform users. They are dynamic and frequently updated, ensuring that users have access to the latest and most relevant examples.
Creation of Sample Projects
Only the Podium team can select one of their projects as a sample project in the tenant administration section. Once selected, the sample project becomes publicly available for exploration by all Podium users. The Podium team retains the authority to update or delete sample projects, which may result in changes to the sample projects available to users.
As a user, you do not need to actively participate in the process of seeing the latest sample projects curated by the team. This is automatically handled by the platform.
Accessing Sample Projects
Sample projects can be accessed from the Portfolio page by clicking on the ‘Explore sample projects’ button located at the top of the screen. Upon clicking this button, an interface displays all available sample projects. The availability of sample projects may vary depending on the projects selected by the Podium team.

Once you enter a sample project, the top bar of your screen will change colour to indicate that you are viewing a sample project in a view-only mode. Sample projects are designed to be view-only, as a single project is referenced among all users. Editing of sample projects is restricted to the Podium team to ensure consistency and maintain the integrity of the platform’s features.

By exploring sample projects, users gain access to various features and sections within the platform, enabling them to familiarise themselves with its capabilities and functionalities
