Version 1.2.25
Version 1.2.25 (29 Oct 2025)
New Features
We are excited to announce a range of new features and enhancements designed to streamline your workflow, improve design flexibility, and provide deeper engineering insights. This release focuses on expanding our template libraries, offering more granular control over your designs, and delivering more accurate analysis.
General Improvements
- You can now create, save, and manage building layout templates at both the organisation and project level. This powerful new feature allows you to reuse and standardise your most effective designs, significantly speeding up the initial phases of new projects.
- The CSV export function for model queries now respects all active filters. This ensures your exported data is precisely what you need, making your analysis and reporting workflows more efficient.
- We have improved the navigation experience throughout the platform. The panel in Site and Building space is now sorted alphabetically for easier browsing, and you can now access the Unit Library directly from the Portfolio sidebar for quicker access to your design components.
- To support more accurate feasibility analysis, you can now define and configure custom construction time and cost rates within the project's engineering settings.
- The platform can now calculate plumbing, electrical, and mechanical system demands based on detailed space properties. This improvement allows for more accurate system sizing and performance analysis from an earlier stage.
Residential Building Features
- You can now save your tower layouts as reusable templates directly from Site Space. This helps to accelerate your high-rise design process and standardise your approach across multiple projects.
- Key Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire (MEPF) properties for residential spaces are now fully reported in Building Space, providing you with more detailed engineering data earlier in the design cycle.
Industrial Building Features
- For single-tenant warehouses, you now have the flexibility to swap the office and parking positions along the shorter building edge, offering greater adaptability in your site layouts.
- For data centres, our building generation capabilities have been enhanced to create and solve for typical floor types. This process now generates detailed building sections and floor prototypes, accelerating your early-stage design process.
- We have introduced the ability to generate and accurately position 'End-Middle' ramp types for both symmetrical and asymmetrical double-loaded buildings. This enhances the design capabilities for complex parking structures.
- The structural solver has been enhanced to support core wall pile caps with a rectilinear pile arrangement, providing more robust and realistic foundation design options for your buildings.
Site Features
- You can now fetch site models and their referenced buildings directly from your scenarios, streamlining your workflow when testing and comparing different design options.
- Gain more control over your site plans with the new ability to select and edit either the entire 2D site plane or individual subdivisions, providing greater precision in your site design.
Bug Fixes
This release includes numerous bug fixes aimed at improving platform stability, calculation accuracy, and the overall user experience. We have focused on resolving solver issues, refining user interface behaviour, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.
General Improvements
- We have resolved several solver errors affecting residential, industrial, and data centre buildings to ensure analysis completes successfully. An issue causing some scenarios to get stuck during post-processing has also been fixed.
- Performance has been improved so that solved models now appear significantly faster after an analysis is run.
- Addressed several issues within Custom Calculations to ensure the number of apartments, total car park area, and residential floor area are mapped and reported correctly. We also fixed unit display inconsistencies for counts and areas.
- Newly generated buildings are now automatically assigned unique, numbered names to prevent confusion and improve model organisation.
- Users assigned 'No Access' during project sharing will no longer incorrectly receive an invitation email. We also fixed an issue where a project ownership count was displayed for guest users.
- The 'Duplicate' function in the Unit Library is now working correctly, allowing you to easily copy existing templates.
Residential Building Features
- Fixed an issue where residential unit templates would fail to solve if the corridor edge was not correctly positioned.
- Ensured that all residential spaces are correctly assigned spatial demands, leading to more accurate MEPF calculations.
- Corrected an issue where an incorrect unit type was displayed in the Floor Plate Editor after toggling the 'View Template' option.
Industrial Building Features
- The office and parking areas for industrial buildings now automatically and correctly reposition when the loading bay is moved.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the generation of Low Voltage switch rooms and switchboards in some MEPF models.
- Re-enabled the ability to edit industrial building spine measurements using the numerical input box.
Supplier Features
- Addressed several issues in the Supplier Portal to ensure supplier information can be updated correctly, all resources are visible as expected, and company profiles display as complete.
Site Features
- Made several improvements to the planning envelope and site boundary tools, fixing issues that caused unexpected geometry lines, inaccurate offsets from small edges, and all offsets resetting to zero.
- Resolved an issue where changes made to a project's boundary would not save correctly.
- Site subdivisions now appear immediately in Site Space after being created, without requiring a page refresh.
- Fixed a display bug where a building's bounding box would move away from the model when repositioning it over another element.
