• Import DXF into Unit Editor: You can now directly import apartment unit drawings from DXF files into the Unit Editor. This feature significantly reduces manual redrawing, making it faster and easier to migrate your entire catalogue of unit designs and establish Podium as your central source of truth.

Industrial Building Features

• Data Hall PDU Specification: Gain more detailed control over your data centre designs by specifying Power Distribution Unit (PDU) equipment and selecting specific products directly within the data hall.

• Improved Data Hall Layouts: We have enhanced the internal layout solver for data halls within the Unit Template Editor, enabling more efficient and accurate space planning for your data centre units.

Structural Features

• Advanced Shallow Foundation Controls: You can now specify detailed criteria and toggle system types for shallow foundations within the Engineering Configuration settings. This provides greater control over your structural design, allowing for more accurate and customised foundation solutions.

Residential Building Features

• Resolved an issue where reinstating a voided unit would not correctly update its status in Site Space.

• Fixed a layout problem where units in angled spine buildings were overlapping with stairs or adjacent units.

• The total floor area for podiums, previously missing, is now correctly calculated and displayed in the metrics panel.

• Corrected the template generator to ensure it respects the user-defined order and placement of spaces in asymmetric building layouts.

• The floor count for automatically generated basements can now be correctly modified directly within Site Space.

• Ensured that podiums and basements now accurately conform to the geometry of the build zone they are placed in.

• Voided units are no longer included in the total unit count metric, providing more accurate project data.

• Addressed a geometry issue where the building core would clash with the spine in L and U-shaped residential buildings.

Industrial Building Features

Structural Features

• An incorrect entry has been removed from the supplier list in the Product Catalogue.

Site Features

• Generic buildings and surfaces now translate and rotate correctly around their intended base point.
