Residential Configurations
To customize a template, you can click on Engineering Configuration. From there, you can adjust settings such as architecture solvers, HVAC, electrical, structural components, and more.
You can create new templates and assign them to different scenarios as needed.
To open a template, click the three-dot menu and select the desired option from the dropdown.
Podium allows you to make customized configurations for various discipline: Architecture, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, Structure, Vertical Transportation, Parking, Cost & Time etc.
You can rename your configuration, update the description and reuse them across different relevant scenarios.
Click into each discipline and select Residential to start making your own configurations.
Remember to click on the save button once you have completed customizing your configurations.
Assign your desired configurations to the scenarios of your choice and the solvers will take care of the rest.
