Residential Overview

Residential Workflow

Your residential workflow begins with setting up the overall building envelope and performance criteria.
  • Define Building Parameters: Specify storey counts, floor-to-floor heights, massing options, and zoning setbacks to establish the project’s physical context.
  • Adjust Performance Targets: Set goals for Floor Space Index (FSI), green coverage, and building efficiency to guide automated solving.
  • Review Initial Layout: Use the preview mode to inspect the generated massing and ensure it meets site requirements.
