Security Compliance

Podium is built on a foundation of rigorous security practices to protect user data and ensure platform resilience. We adhere to ISO 27001:2022 standards and have achieved CSA-Star Level 1 certification, with Level 2 compliance on the horizon. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform, where we enforce network perimeter defenses using Cloud Armor’s WAF and DDoS mitigation.
Access is tightly controlled through Google Identity Platform (GIP) tokens and SSO, backed by role-based access control policies that govern each environment—development, QA, UAT, and production—within isolated VPCs. Throughout the CI/CD pipeline, automated security scans in GitLab catch vulnerabilities early, while container images are sourced from Google‑certified repositories to prevent malware injection.
Beyond automated measures, Podium engages in regular third-party audits, penetration tests, and ISO-compliance reviews. Our DevSecOps team maintains a principle of loose coupling and high cohesion, enabling each stage of the software lifecycle—design, deployment, production, and post-production—to uphold a unified security fabric. Continuous monitoring through Google’s Security Command Center and Rapid7 AppSec DAST ensures threats are detected and remediated in real time, while PagerDuty alerts guarantee prompt response to any incidents.
By integrating industry-leading cloud security services, proactive DevSecOps practices, and ongoing audits, Podium delivers a collaborative, cloud-native SaaS environment with confidence in its protective measures.
