Project Setup and Target Configuration in Podium
Podium provides an intuitive project setup experience that allows users to define key parameters and performance targets early in the planning process. This enables teams to optimize design scenarios based on measurable criteria.
Setting Project Targets
Under the Targets section, users can define performance expectations that will guide scenario development and evaluation. These targets can be edited, customized, and prioritized using star markers.
Quick Browsing Target Parameters
Click the navigation pane on the right side of the screen to easily browse through all Target parameters.
Prioritizing Targets
To prioritize specific targets, click the star icon next to each one. Your selected targets will then appear under the Prioritized Target tab.
Adjusting targets
To adjust the targets according to your preferences, enter the desired values into the input fields, then click Save Changes to apply them.
After updating and saving the targets, the status tab will automatically switch from Default to Modified.
To reset the modified target values to their original Default settings, click the Modified status, then select Reset to revert the changes.
To view updated targets in relation to different scenarios, navigate to the Scenario Comparison section. The targets will be automatically refreshed and displayed alongside each scenario for easy comparison.
